 The Brno Museum Night is part of the Museum Night Festival organized by the Czech Association of Museums and Galleries with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. It takes place with a financial support from the City of Brno and with a crucial contribution by the Brno Public Transport Authority which provides free transport of visitors to the exhibition buildings outside the city centre.

Exhibition: Otto Serényi – the last Moravian Landhauptmann
Otto Serényi held the office from 1906 to 1918. His policy was steeped in patriotism for the Moravian province, loyalty to the imperial family and desire to reach a justifiable reconciliation between the opposing provincial and national political concepts.

Museum evening for children (courtyard). Prize competitions for children who like history or at least like to play.
20.00–21.30
Concert of the Shadow Quartet (courtyard). Interpretation of classical music in untraditional arrangements, film, musical and popular music. Cocktail bar.
